Welcome to my list of shopping portals!
Originally I thought I’d make a post for each portal, but I reconsidered. Shopping portals are fairly easy to use, and once you’ve used one you’ll probably be fine with the rest.
If you’re not familiar with shopping portals or you’d like some more tips, check out my cash back starter guide over to the right.
So instead I’m giving you a big list of shopping portals (that will increase as I add more) and telling you the basic info for each. Namely, the sign-up bonus, the cash out minimum, and the redemption methods. I’ll also share any comments or thoughts I have about the platform.
Before we get into it I’d like to mention two things.
First, it’s a good idea to cash out when you can. Some portals charge an inactivity fee if you haven’t earned cash back on them in a while. The point of the fees is to zero out unused accounts, not charge you for the service. I’ve never heard of one that will charge fees if your account is empty. But go ahead and get your money while you’re able so you won’t have an issue with this.
Second, many portals offer browser add-ons that make getting cash back easier. That way when you go to a participating store you’ll get a pop-up asking you to activate. Of course, it also means the add-on will see your browser activity. It’s up to you whether you think the convenience is worth it.
Enough talk: let’s get started!
I may receive payments or incentives for sign ups and clicks generated through links on this page. Please see the full disclosure for more information. Thank you for the support!

The List Of Shopping Portals
I’m breaking the list into two sections: airline and non-airline portals.
The airline portals all have a lot of details in common while the others are more idiosyncratic.
Non-airline Portals
These portals are mostly stand-alone portals from a specfic website or app, and they all have different terms.
I’ll give the important details for each: the sign-up bonus, the minimum cash out, and the redemption methods.
Acorns Portal
Acorns is primarily a brokerage that lets you automatically invest spare change, but they do have a shopping portal. This is only available for people who have an Acorns account which has a monthly fee.
The amount earned will be added to your investments.
The rates are a bit on the low side and it probably doesn’t make sense to sign up for Acorns just to use the portal.
For more on Acorns see this post.
Sign-Up Bonus
There’s almost always some bonus. Currently, it’s $5 and requires a $5 investment.
Cash Out Minimum
No minimum. Whatever amount you earn will be added to your Acorns account.
Redemption Methods
The cash back will be added to your Acorns account.
Invest Automatically With Acorns
Just deposit $5 and you’ll receive a $5 investment.
Capital One Shopping
You don’t have to have a Capital One account or card to use the Capital One Shopping portal (though they will advertise their cards sometimes ). In addition to the base cash back the site features coupons and deals heavily, and as far as I can tell some of the deals are not available elsewhere.
There’s both a site and an app, and sometimes the rates are different between the two. Also, the portal will sometimes send you better deals based on things you were looking at.
There’s one rather unique and interesting feature of this platform: price protection. If you sign up and allow them to link your email account they automatically scan for shopping receipts. If they find that an item you purchased has fallen in price within 30 days of buying, they file a claim on your behalf to get the difference back.
Only Gmail, Yahoo!, and Outlook email accounts are linkable though, and you do have to give them access to read your emails. They say that they only read receipt emails.
(Capital One Shopping seems to have ended its referral program for now. They offered a huge bonus of $200 for both referrer and referee, then stopped the program shortly after, so I think the amount might have been an accident on their part. Hopefully, it will restart soon.)
Sign-Up Bonus
Right now there’s no offer, but in the past it’s been $30, $40, or even $200! I’d wait until there’s a new offer to join.
Cash Out Minimum
Varies by gift card chosen. Some are $5, but others are $10 or more.
Redemption Methods
A selection of gift cards. Getting cash isn’t an option with this one.

Dollar Dig
Dollar Dig is a shopping portal that offers the typical mix of cash back, paid offers, and coupons. Generally the offers pend for 90 days before crediting, but some offers have their own terms.
The cash out minimum is a bit high, but I have found strong cash back rates here on some useful websites.
Sign-up Bonus:
None currently known
Cash Out Minimum
$25
Redemption Methods
Paypal, Dwolla, Check(US), Amazon gift card(US)

Dosh
While the Dosh app is primarily a source of card-linked offers, it does also have some stores listed in a portal.
To take advantage of the offers you have to link at least one debit or credit card. But that’s a good idea anyway because Dosh is one of the best card-linked offer programs. It’s entirely passive once it’s set up, and you’ll automatically get cash back at participating stores when using linked cards.
As far as the portal goes there are not a ton of stores offered, but the ones that are there have decent cash back rates.
Sign-Up Bonus
No current bonus, referral program is paused
Cash Out Minimum
$15
Redemption Methods
Bank transfer, Paypal, and Venmo
Join Dosh
This link takes you to the app download page.
Ibotta
Ibotta is primarily a receipt-scanning app, but it does have its own shopping portal.
You can find it in the app under the retailers section. The stores with cash back will have percentages listed.
I’d say the portal rates are about average, but occasionally, a deal is unavailable elsewhere.
Especially if you’re already using Ibotta it can be a good way to have an all-in-one savings app.

Sign-Up Bonus
$5 after you submit your first receipt
Cash Out Minimum
$20
Redemption Methods
Gift cards, PayPal, bank transfer
Shop With Ibotta
You’ll get a $5 bonus after submitting one receipt. It’s a receipt-scanning app after all!
Lolli
Lolli is interesting because you earn either cash or bitcoin. You decide which to earn when you sign up, and right now you can’t change it later.
Lolli has both a site and an app. On both, they have a shopping portal alongside some card-linked offers.
In the app, there’s also a daily check-in to earn small amounts of money.
Sign-Up Bonus
$5 once you make your first purchase through the portal
Cash Out Minimum
$15 in USD or bitcoin
Redemption Methods
Either a cash or bitcoin withdrawal

Just sign up with my link and make your first purchase. Once the purchase finalizes the bonus will be credited.
Payce
Payce used to have more card-linked offers than portal stores, but they’ve discontinued the card-linked offers. Since the change, I would say some of the rates are strong, and I’ve seen some exclusive offers here too. It’s worth checking out.
The payment options are unique, though I haven’t taken advantage of the different choices myself and can’t say what it’s like.
Sign-Up Bonus
There’s usually no bonus for creating an account, though $5 and $10 has been offered in the past.
Cash Out Minimum
$10
Redemption Methods
Paypal, Venmo, bank account transfer, and donations, as well as two very unusual options: paying a debt in collections and paying a bill directly. Apparently, they’ll look up the service provider and allow you to make a payment.
Try Payce!
This link will take you to the main page of the website.
Rakuten
No list of shopping portals would be complete without Rakuten.
Rakuten is one of the most well-known and well-established portals. It’s available on as both a site and an app, and it has an extensive collection of stores.
The rates are usually competitive and the cash tracking system is straightforward. A unique feature of Rakuten is the ability to cash out in American Express points if you connect an American Express card. It could be useful if you’re trying to build up Amex points.
They almost always have some kind of referral sign-up bonus going. Periodically they offer a $40 bonus.
Sign-Up Bonus
There’s usually a sign-up bonus but the amount varies. Right now it’s $40, which you’ll receive after spending $40 cumulative on shopping trips through the portal. Basically, the Rakuten promo lets you get a certain amount of free stuff.
Cash Out Minimum
$5.01 within each earning period. If you don’t make enough to cash out it will be carried over into the next period.
Redemption Methods
There are three ways to cash out: Checks, PayPal, and American Express points (if you have an American Express card). Cash outs take place every three months on a set schedule.
Get $40 from Rakuten
Sign up and purchase a total of $40 (not including taxes or shipping) through portal stores and you’ll be credited the bonus!
RebatesMe
RebatesMe offers high rates and frequent bonus double rates on a number of useful stores. The purchases track quickly but it takes several months on average for earnings to be credited.
They charge an inactivity fee of $1.99 per month if your account hasn’t earned any cash back in the last year. It’s charged to the account balance until it reaches $0.
Sign-Up Bonus
There’s usually one offered and the amount varies. The standard offer is $10, but it’s possible to get $40 (I did!). They require you to earn $10 in cash back through their site within a year of signing up.
Cash Out Minimum
$10
Redemption Methods
They offer gift cards, checks, Paypal, and intriguingly, credit cards as payment methods for getting your earnings.
Joining RebatesMe?
While there is a direct referral I could list here, that would only get you $10 in bonus cash. Instead, you should hop on over to another site, themoneyninja (I have no association with them), and take advantage of their special deal for $40. It’s a much better deal than going through my link. This button will send you to the page.
RetailMeNot
The great thing about RetailMeNot is that it’s faster than average and it’s simple. Instead of saving up cash back earnings, it’s possible to withdraw each time you earn anything. They pay out real cash so there’s no deciding on gift cards.
For me, it took about a month and a half to credit earnings.
There’s an inactivity fee after 12 months of no cash back earned. It’s $2 each month and will not cause your account to go below $0.
Sign-Up Bonus
There’s usually no sign-up bonus for RetailMeNot, but currently, I think they’re offering a bonus of $5 to new users. This promo should last until 6/04/24.
Cash Out Minimum
$5.01. The cash back needs to be redeemed from your rewards balance.
Redemption Methods
Paypal or Venmo
Want To Try RetailMeNot?
Hopefully, this link will get you the $5 bonus. If not I don’t think there’s a current promo.
Swagbucks Shopping Portal
Part of the Swagbucks mega site, this shopping portal gives you Swagbucks which are redeemable. They include additional travel- focused inks under the Travel tab. I would say the rates in general strike me as average. It’s convenient if you already use Swagbucks and want to have a one-stop cash back place.
Want to know more about Swagbucks?
Just check out my Swagbucks starter guide!
Sign-Up Bonus
Signing up for Swagbucks itself will net you 1000SB ($10). To get the bonus you need to purchase $25 or more through the Swagbucks shopping portal. There’s no separate sign-up for the portal page.
Cash Out Minimum
$1 for Amazon, $5 for Paypal. The amount varies by method.
Redemption Methods
A ton of different choices. Store gift cards, or direct cash to Paypal or a bank account.
Shop With Swagbucks
This link will let you sign up for the site in general, and give you $10!
Tada
Tada is both a shopping portal and a receipt-scanning app. The receipt scanning part works on the same system as Swagbucks magic receipts, if you’re familiar with that.
When I first signed up for Tada I thought the selection of stores for the portal was extremely limited. I only saw about 10 and I debated about including this portal on the list at all.
I didn’t notice the All Stores button at the top until a couple of days later.
So don’t be like me, either click on the link to see what stores are listed or search for them in the search bar.
Sign-Up Bonus
$10 after buying $25 worth through a portal store. I was also offered $2 for redeeming a receipt offer and $3 for linking a store account and scanning the first receipt.
Cash Out Minimum
$20
Redemption Methods
Paypal, gift cards, virtual mastercard
Get $10+ From Tada
There’s no referral for this one: the bonus is available to everyone who signs up.
TopCashback
TopCashback is one of my favorite portals. They usually offer high rates and have frequent promos that boost the rates even more. Cashing out is simple and you can get real money if you like. When I’ve had a problem with tracking they were willing to help. The only negative is that it takes earnings a while to become payable, usually on the scale of months.
Sign-Up Bonus
TopCashback usually offers a sign-up bonus if you go through a referral, but the amount varies by promo. When I signed up the promo was $35, and right now the highest I see is $15. Generally, they require you to earn $10 in cash back on the site before the bonus is awarded.
Cash Out Minimum
Varies by redemption method, but for Paypal it’s $0.01.
Redemption Methods
Numerous store gift cards, Paypal, Visa gift cards, and bank transfers are all offered.
Get $15 For Signing up with topcashback
This isn’t actually my referral link because my link won’t get you a bonus. But if you follow this link you should be offered a bonus of $15 after earning $10 in cash back. I don’t have any connection with this offer-it’s a sponsored link I found.
Airline Portals
Most airlines run their very own shopping portals. Airline portals all work in pretty much the same way. They earn miles on a given airline’s loyalty program, and their redemption methods are same as that program’s.
Because they are all so similar I’m not going to give many details for them. I don’t want my list of shopping portals to be more repetitive than it has to be.
Instead I’ll list the program, which airline it’s attached to, and give a link.
Many of the airline portals offer occasional sign-up bonuses, so you might want to wait until a promo to sign up. The best way to know about the promos is to sign up for the airline’s email newsletter.
There’s also sometimes a separate promo for downloading their “button”, the browser add-on that activates automatically. So once you join you might want to wait on the button until they make an offer.
AAdvantage eShopping
This is the American Airlines portal. I don’t think they usually offer any sign-up bonus.
They pretty routinely offer specials and seem to have some of the highest rates. They also have a wide selection of stores.
Want American Airline Miles?
This link will take you to the portal.
Alaska Mileage Plan Shopping
This portal earns Alaskan Airlines miles and has some good rates. I don’t know of any sign-up bonuses.
Fly Alaskan?
This link will take you to the main page for the Alaskan portal.
British Airways Executive Club Portal
This one is the shopping portal for British Airways. I’m not aware of any sign-up bonuses.
I thought the selection might be slim for United States-based stores but I was wrong. There’s a wide selection with good rates.
Need Some Avios?
This link will take you to the shopping portal.
Rapid Rewards Shopping
This is the portal for Southwest Airlines. As you would expect you can earn Rapid Rewards miles on purchases.
I don’t know of any sign-up bonuses.
Collect Southwest Airlines Miles
Click here for the main Rapid Rewards shopping page.
TrueBlue Shopping
This is the shopping portal for jetBlue airlines.
In addition to the portal, they also have a list of card-linked offers, which you can find on the same site.
I don’t know of any sign-up bonuses.
Earn Miles On JetBlue
This link takes you to the main page of the jetBlue shopping portal.
United MileagePlus Shopping
This portal is for United Airlines.
They seem to have a regular sign-up bonus of 500 miles for spending $25 or more within 2 weeks. The bonus is 1000 for United credit card holders, which mimics the better rates that card holders get in the portal.
There’s a good selection of stores and the portal is easy to use.

List of Shopping Portals – Conclusion
Hopefully, you found some useful portals you didn’t know about yet.
Portals are fairly easy to use, and a good way to start getting more money back on your online purchases. If you haven’t used them before, just start with one and try it. If you already use portals keep an eye out for new rates or rarer stores. The cashbackmonitor.com site is great for comparison.
This page will keep growing over time as I add new portals.
Some places on my list of shopping portals also have card-linked offer programs, but I wanted to keep the focus of this page on the portals themselves.
Like always, feel free to comment or make suggestions.
Thanks for reading!
